ASC announces a new Logistics Module completely integrated inside our ASCTrac ® WMS product. This product allows order planners to build pre-planned pallets for optimum cubic and weight sizing for outbound trailers and container loads.
It includes processes to build routes, to build pre-designed pallet inventory loads for the delivery side, and to to incorporate pre-orders mixed with pre-designed loads per route. Essentially, this module is a Route Accounting Logistics module providing all of the information to the pickers and the loaders ... for outbound loads. The loads can be built in reverse stop order or not depending upon how you need it loaded. It accounts for products received back, all sales on route, and tracks discrepancies.
It includes environmental criteria for refrigerated goods, dry goods, and for frozen food, and includes planning for in-bound loads on routes - fully connected to the Purchasing System....
